铌铸铁机械性能与耐磨性能的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了铌对铸铁综合机械性能和耐磨性的影响及其机理。试验表明,铌能显著地提高铸铁的性能,当含铌量为0.15%~0.4%时,铸铁的机械性能提高约一个牌号,相对强度达1.26,品质系数达1.16;耐磨性比普通灰铸铁提高约5倍,较硼铸铁提高1倍左右,较铬钼铜铸铁提高1~3倍。 The effect of niobium (Nb) on the comprehensive mechanical properties and wear resistance of gray cast iron was presented and its strengthening and abrasion resistance mechansism were also discussed. The experimental resuts revealed that niobium significantly increased both properties as mentioned above in cast iron at levels of about 0.15%~0.4%Nb,the mechanical properties of cast iron was increased 1 grade,relative strength of 1. 26 and quality index of 1. 16 were obtained respectly,the wear resistance of this material was about 5 times better than that common castiron, 1 time of boron cast iron and 1to3 times of CrMoCu cast iron.[
