摘要
为了解决卧式水轮发电机组主轴旋转密封处泄漏量较大的工程实际问题,本文从缝隙流动基本理论出发,由简单的平行平面间隙流动逐步演化到锥面环形旋转密封间隙中实际流动,在水力上对该种间隙密封进行了较详尽的推导,建立了泄漏量与密封结构几何参数及机组运行工作参数之间的函数关系,指明了减小该种型式密封泄漏量的有效途径。
In order to seek the solution of a practical engineering problem of the greater leakage in the rotating clearance seal of the main shaft in a horizontal hydrogenerator, this paper,proceeding from the basic theory of chink flow, gives a detailed hydraulic analysis of practical clearance flow of cone-type rotating seal, which is gradually fromed from simple parallel plane clearance flow, and then establishes a function relating the geometric parameters of the seal construction and operating parameters of the hydrogenerator set to the leakage. The effective ways to reduce the leakage using this type of seal is indicated in this paper.
