摘要 概述了气体渗碳及渗氮的计算机模拟、加热淬火、激光热处理的计算机模拟、流场动力学模拟和原子层次计算机模拟等方面的新进展。计算机模拟是研究工件内扩散、导热、相变和应力应变等现象及它们之间的耦合的有力工具,流场动力学模拟的引入有望将模拟范围拓展到工艺过程影响所及的整个空间,而原子尺度模拟将有助于更深入研究各种微观机制。看来以数学模型为知识表达方式、以计算机模拟为决策依据的智能热处理技术,不失为实现热处理智能化的合理途径。 In this paper,the recent developments of computer simulations on various fields related to heat treatment are briefly introduced,such as gas carburizing and nitriding,heating and quenching,laser heat treatment,fluid dynamics,phase transformation on atomic scale,and so on Computer simulation is a powerful tool to study the phenomena and their couple of diffusion,heat transfer,phase transformation,stress and strain,etc By the applying of fluid dynamics simulation,it is hopeful to expend the simulation extension into the whole space affected by technological processes And the simulation on atomic scale can help to research the different microphenomena deeply Therefore,the intellective heat treatment technologies,whose knowledge is expressed by the mathematical models and whose decisions are on basis of computer simulations,should become the rational means to realize the intellection of heat treatment
