灾后城镇复兴中的城市设计策略——以平武南坝镇重建规划为例

Design Tactics of Post-disaster Urban Renaissance——Take the Reconstruction Plan of Nanba Town,Pingwu as an Example

对于汶川地震中遭受破坏的城镇,灾后复兴的基本目标是通过合理的重建规划,对受灾城镇进行系统的修复和更新,恢复其生产生活,带动城镇经济文化环境的持续健康发展。结合平武南坝镇的重建规划实践,提出灾后复兴的城市设计策略应以城镇可持续生态发展和灾民主观能动性激发为根本,确立安全可靠的城镇发展模式和空间布局,并延续城镇历史文化、突显地域特色。

To cities and towns suffering destruction in the Wenchuan earthquake, the basic goal of post-disaster renaissance is to renovate and renew systematically the cities and towns caused a loss because of the earthquake, to recover production and daily life, and to promote economical cultural environment to develop healthily and sustainable by rational reconstruction plan. Combined with the reconstruction plan practice of Nanba Town in Pingwu, the essay puts forward urban design tactics of post-disaster renaissance that adjust industry of sustainable ecology development, establish safe city and town developing pattern and spatial layout, and continue historical culture.
