改变概念 重新认识——重庆部分建筑工程防火实践探析

To Change the Concept and to Recognize the Building Anew——The Analysis of Architectural Projects' Concrete Practice for Fire Protection Design in Chongqing

在重庆的现代城市建设中,一些大型、复杂建筑突破现行的防火规范在所难免。专家论证会上提出一个重要的整改原则:"改变概念,重新认识",即通过一些必要的措施对疑难工程整改后,使原有的常规概念得以改变,并从防火设计的角度对其重新认识和定性,从而使其更加简明合理且符合山城实际。通过三个方面的例证阐述的这些工程实践经验,将为重庆和其他山地城市类似工程及我国现代化建筑防火科学提供借鉴。

Among Chongqing＇s modern urban construction, a number of large and complex buildings break inevitably the existing codes for design on fire protection and prevention. Experts in the demonstration at the rectification advise an important principle named ＂to change the concept and to determine the building anew＂ . Through some of the necessary measures for the problematic works, changing the conventional and original concept, and determining its new awareness and quality mainly from the perspective of the fire protection design, to make the building more concise and reasonable, and to make it being according with mountain cities construction actually. Adopted by the three examples of these projects on practical experience, the text will provide some reference for the similar projects in Chongqing and other mountain cities, and for China＇s fire science of modern construction.
