摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中FS-1不锈钢的腐蚀性能和腐蚀电化学行为,分析讨论了该钢的热处理、组织结构和力学性能之间的关系.结果表明,以Cr3Ni2Six(x=1~4)为主的硅化物在奥氏体中沉淀析出,强化、硬化基体,保证钢在浓硫酸中具有优良的耐腐蚀性能.可以代替国外进口的Lewmet镍基合金在硫酸工业中应用.
FS 1 is one newly home made stainless steel, which shows performance strongly competitive with the know Lewmet nickle based alloy in sulphuric acid, and the FS 1 has widely been used in many factories as substitute to Lewmet alloy. It is showed that the main precipited phase of Cr_3Ni_2Si_x (x=1~4) strenthens and hardens the matrix. The corrosion performance and electrochemical behavior of FS 1 stainless steel in H_2SO_4 solution have been reported and the relationship among heat treatment, microstructure and mechanical properties of FS 1 ss have been discussed.
