广州市部分医疗单位手术室空气消毒效果监测结果分析

目的预防和减少医院手术感染的发生。方法2008年对本市60家省级、市级及厂企医院手术室空气,用直径9厘米普通琼脂平板和血琼脂平板,采用静态自然沉降暴露法进行菌落总数、致病菌监测。结果采集的103份样品中有28份菌落总数项目超标,全部样品未检出致病菌,总合格率为72.8%。洁净手术室合格率为71.4%,普通手术室合格率为75.0%,两者合格率无统计学差异。上半年检测合格率为83.7%,下半年检测合格率为62.9%,两者相比差异有统计学意义。结论我市部分医院洁净手术室需要加强管理及制定相关的洁净手术室和非洁净手术室日常维护和检测规范,提高手术室空气卫生质量以减少医院感染的发生。

Objective This study aims to prevent and reduce nosocomial infection. Method In 2008, we have performed microbiological analysis of the air quality of 60 operation rooms in various medical sectors. Air samples were collected onto 9 cm ordinary agar and blood agar plates under a static condition of natural sedimentation in operating rooms. Result 28 out of 103 samples had a total microbial cell number exceeding the standard value. Pathogenic bacteria were not found in any of these samples, and the passing rate was 72.8%. Passing rate for the clean operating room was 71.4% and the passing rate for general purpose operating room was 75%. The passing rate was 83.7% in the first two quarters of 2008 and the passing rate was 62.9% for the rest of the year, and the difference was significant. Conclusion The management of clean operating room should be strengthened. To improve the air quality and prevent nosocomial infection, regulations on the routine maintenance and testing of clean operating room and general purpose operating room should be set up.
