摘要
以获得含铁量为20%的镍铁合金镀层的电镀工艺为基础,详细地研究了在镀液中引入稀土氧化物后对镀层耐蚀性能的影响.实验结果表明,稀土元素能够在阴极表面发生特性吸附,增大阴极极化,在电结晶过程中细化晶粒,显著提高镀层的耐蚀性.
The effect of rare earth oxides added to the basic electrolyte on the corrosion resistance of the coatings is described in details based on the technique of 20% Fe Ni alloy electroplating. The results show that the rare earth elements possess the capability of (1) adhering tightly to the surface of cathod; (2) increasing cathodic polarization; (3) reducing the grain size during electroplating; (4) improving the corrosion resistance considerably.
