摘要
以铬酐-硫酸体系为主着色液加入适量添加剂,对不锈钢试样进行表面着色。实验证明,在不同温度和时间条件下,不锈钢表面可获得各种不同色彩。经有效的后处理可使其表面色彩更均匀,耐磨性明显提高。
A study of surface coloring on stainless steel products was carried out with chrome oxide-sulfu-ric acid system as main coloring solution and adding suitable additive. The experiment results prove that surfaces of stainless steel products can obtain different colors under condition of suitable coloring temperature and time. The uniformity of surface color and polish resistance can be improved significantly by effective post-processing.
