水基涂料对冷芯盒法砂芯强度影响的研究

Research on Effect of Water-based Coating on Strength of Cold-box Core

冷芯盒法砂芯浸涂水基涂料后强度会明显下降。砂芯脱盒至浸涂料的放置时间、浸涂料后不同的干燥方法及不同涂料对砂芯的强度都有不同程度的影响。混砂时加入适量二甲苯等抗湿剂，可以有效地抑制砂芯浸涂水基涂料后强度的降低。

Abstract Strength of cold-box core will obviously decrease by water-based coating.The time from pattern removal to coating,different drying methods and coatings will have different effects on strength of core.Anti-moisture addition when sand mixed can effectively inhibit the strength loss of the coated core.
