摘要
烧结余热回收是节约能源、加强二次能源回收利用的有效途径之一。本文根据烧结工序余热特点和余热品位分析,提出了环冷机废气余热与烧结机尾中温烟气余热集成回收,环冷机余热三段回收梯级利用发电的优化用能方案,并介绍了为开发该技术进行的基础研究,包括热源参数调控、发电系统火用分析和蒸汽参数优化、以及气体循环与动力循环协同等几个方面。
The recovery of sintering waste heat is one of the effective measures to save energy and enhance the utilization of secondary recovery energy. According to the characteristics and quality of the sintering waste heat, this paper puts forward the optimized energy utilization schemes which include the integrated recovery of circular cooler waste heat and the midtemperature sintering fumes, and also the three stages recovery and step utilization of the waste heat in the circular cooler. And then the paper also introduces the fundamental research including adjustment and control of heat source parameters, exergy analysis of power generation system, steam parameter optimization, and the coordination between gas recycling and power cycle etc., which aimed at developing the technique.
