摘要
根据均衡凝固理论提出的有限补缩、膨胀及收缩动态叠加的基本原理,利用铸铁的自补缩方式,结合铸件本身的结构特点,进行铸造工艺设计与控制。实现了厚大断面球铁齿轮的无冒口工艺铸造。
According to the theory of nondirectional solidfication and limited feeding principle and dynamic folding of solidfication shrinkage and expansion, taking into consideration of iron casting selffeeding characteristic and the structure of casting, noriser foundry process has been designed and successfully used for the production of heavy section ductile iron gear.
