摘要
本试验设置牛粪与玉米秸秆三种配比进行沼气发酵,在保持相同温度、浓度和碳氮比的条件下,对比各处理在发酵过程中的产气量、甲烷含量及硫化氢含量的变化情况。结果表明:牛粪中所加的秸秆越少,其产气总量和甲烷含量就越高,大小顺序为:处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ,纯秸秆原料也能产气,但发酵慢、产气量较低。在三种处理中以15%秸秆+85%牛粪的原料配比相对较好。
The experiment was conducted on biogas fermentation with different proportion of corn straw and cow dung, ineluding 100% of corn straw, 70% cow dung and 30% corn straw, and 85% cow dung and 15% corn straw. All treatments adjusted the C/N at 25:1 with urea, TS concentration at 8%. The result showed that the fermentation of 100% corn straw processed slow and had low gas production. And the treatment of 85% cow dung and 15% corn straw obtained higher gas production and methane content.
