Analysis on the Similarity and Difference of Law of Contradiction between Han Fei and Aristotle

韩非在中国逻辑史上提出了著名的"矛盾之说",并从客观事物的矛盾中巧妙地概括出矛盾律思想,提出了自相矛盾的问题。他的矛盾律不仅存在于客观事物中,思维领域中也存在。而亚里士多德的矛盾律只是对人的思维过程中的某种规律和必然性的断定,因此它们之间有相同之处和相异之处。

Han Fei proposed famous ＂saying of the contradiction＂ in the Chinese logic history, and summarizes the law of contradiction thought ingeniously from the objective things, and self-contradictory question. His law of contradiction not only exists in the objective things, also in the thought domain ; while the law of contradiction of Aristotle is only the determination of certain rules and inevitabilities in the process of human thought, therefore, there are similarities and differences between them.
