摘要
微格教学中的观照分为"课堂观察"和"彼此观照"两个方面。微格教学实习中的观照体现出示范性、观摩性、模仿性特点,而自我分析体现出自我评价、自我认同、自我提升的特点。这些不但对师范生专业特质培养有着重要作用,而且有助于主观上对课堂宏观层次上的教学活动进行分解,逐步实现对课堂要素各种变量的调控,有效地训练师范生的教学技能。
Scrutiny in microteaching is divided into "classroom observation" and "scrutiny each other". In teaching practice of microteaching, it presents demonstration effect, view and emulation, imitation. Sel-analysis shows self evaluation, self acknowledgement, and self promotion. All these play an important role not only in developing major speciality for normal students but also helping resolve subjectively the teaching activities in the classroom on macro level to realize gradually the adjustment and control of the different variable quantities of class and effectively practice teaching skills for the normal students.
