摘要
本文根据机构的组成原理提出了一种新型的多相凸轮式活齿减速器,论述了这种活齿减速器的传动原理和基本特点。应用共轭齿廓的性质定理导出了主、从动轮理论廓线间的基本关系式。文末对主、从动多相凸轮的廓线设计问题作了分析。
A ccording to composing principle of mechanisms, a new sliding-teeth reducer with multilobed cams is presented in this paper. The transmission principle and the basic feature of the sliding-teeth reducer are expounded, also. According to the properties of conjugate tooth profiles of gears,a fundamental relational expression of theoretical profile of driving wheel with that of driven wheel is derived. The design procedure of the tooth profiles of driving wheel and driven wheel is described by the end of this paper.
