摘要
提出一种测量三维位移的新方法——三维白光数字图象频域分析法。该方法结合双CCD(charge coupled device,电荷耦合图象传感器)摄象机系统和白光数字图象频域分析法,具有全场、非接触、非破坏测量、不需相干光、测试系统简单等特点。使用两个摄象机从不同拍摄角度记录物体变形前后的灰度图象,将其数字化,并通过频域相关算法分析进行同名点匹配,利用标定得到的摄象机参数求出物体上各点变形前后的空间坐标,进一步求得三维位移。利用平移实验对该方法进行验证,比较实验结果和理论值,误差较小,验证该方法的有效性。
A new method for measuring 3D displacement 3D white light digit image analysis in frequency domination area was put forward. This method combined two-CCD(charge coupled device) camera system with white light digit image analysis in frequency domination area and had the characteristics of whole field, non-contact and non-destruction and the coherent light was not demanded. The measuring system was very simple. Gray images before and after deformation which were recorded using two CCD cameras from two different shooting angles, digitalized and then analyzed by frequency domination correlation arithmetic could be used to match together points. The space coordinates of every point on specimen before and after deformation was counted using parameters of camera obtained by calibration experiment and 3D displacement was calculated out. Translation experiment was used to examine this method. Comparing the experimental results and the theoretical values, the accepted little and the availabihty of this method was certified.
