摘要 针对电主轴转速高进行加载试验难以实现的情况,提出应用对拖式方法对其进行加载。详细描述对拖式加载方法的系统构成和加载原理,该系统不但可以完成对电主轴的加载,还可以测出加载过程中电主轴的基本参数,并绘制相应的特性曲线,使电主轴在不同工作点的状态一目了然。应用该系统对15000r/min的电主轴进行加载试验,通过对测得数据的处理和分析,验证对拖式加载系统的正确性和可行性,为高速电主轴动态性能的研究提供一种新的方法。 Due to the rotate speed of motorized spindle is very high, loading experiment of it is hard to earry out. The inter-drag method on loading to the motorized spindle is put forward. The structure and loading principle of the system on the basis of the inter-drag loading method are described in detail. The system can not only loads to the motorized spindle, but also measures the basic parameter of the motorized spindle and draw the corresponding characteristic curve. So states of the motorized spindle at different working points are obvious. The inter-drag loading system is applied to do experiment on the motorized spindle which rotate speed is 15 000 r/min. Through dealing with and analyzing the test data, the correctness and feasibility of the loading system is verified, which provides a new way to study the dynamic performance of the motorized spindle.
