N-乙酰半胱氨酸对受损臂丛神经元保护作用的研究

摘要 目的探索N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对受损臂丛神经元的保护作用。方法24只成年雌性SD大鼠分为正常对照组(颈7神经根切断后1周)、未用药组(颈7腹根切断后未用药)、低剂量组(颈7腹根切断后予腹腔注射NAC一日150mg/kg)和高剂量组(颈7腹根切断后予腹腔注射NAC一日750mg/kg)4组,每组各6只,观察NAC对受损运动神经元的影响。结果未用药组运动神经元存活率为75%,低剂量组和高剂量组运动神经元存活率分别为83.5%和91%。与未用药组相比,高剂量组运动神经元存活率高,差异具有统计学意义的显著性(P<0.05)。结论NAC对臂丛神经根性损伤引起的神经元死亡具有一定保护作用,可为临床臂丛损伤治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of N-acetylcysteine in protecting motor neurons after injury of the brachial plexus nerve roots in rats. Methods Totally 24 adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group, no treatment group, low dose group (received intraperitoneal N-acetylcystine 150 mg/kg) and high dose group (received intraperitoneal N-acetylcystine 750 mgAtg). Results The survival rate of motor neurons was 75% in no treatment group, 83.5% in low dose group, and 91% in high dose group. Compared with no treatment group, the survival rate of high dose group was significantly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion N-acetylcysteine has considerable potential for adjuvant treatment of brachial plexus nerve root injury, in order that proximal motor neurons may survive until surgical repair facilitates regeneration.
