Survey of 31 cases of adverse drug events caused by venlafaxine

目的观察分析可能与文拉法辛相关的不良事件,为临床合理应用提供依据。方法对2000-2009年我国大陆地区专业期刊公开发表的接受文拉法辛治疗者出现的不良事件进行归纳、统计和分析。结果共收集发生不良事件病例31例,其中中枢及外周神经系统损害、神经紊乱较为突出,总计19例(61.29%),且不良事件较为严重;此外,还观察到说明书未提及的其他不良事件。结论文拉法辛疗效确切、安全性高,但其对中枢及外周神经系统的影响仍须重视。

Objective To observe the occurrence of adverse drug events caused by venlafaxine, appraise the security of venlafaxine and offer the fotmdation for clinical medication. Methods Totally 31 cases of adverse drug events caused by venlafaxine were concluded, analyzed and stated, which were reported in domestic professional publication openly from 2000 to 2009. Results In all 31 cases of adverse drug events, central and peripheral nervous system injuries and nervous disorders were outstanding and serious, the rate of which was 61.29%. Conclusion The safety profiles of venlafaxine should be considered.
