摘要
抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,严重危害人类身心健康。目前,国内外各制药公司正通过多种途径积极进行抗抑郁药研发。本文结合抗抑郁药生命周期管理策略和市场开发前景,介绍较有潜力的在研Ⅲ期临床抗抑郁药,对处于中、后期开发阶段的抗抑郁药研发动态进行追踪,旨在为抗抑郁药研发提供参考。
Depression is a common psychological disease which seriously affects the physically and mentally healthy life. In this paper, life cycle management strategies and the market development prospects of the antidepressants are reviewed. For the purpose of providing some meaningful references to the R＆D pharmaceuticals, the investigating antidepressant drug candidates are introduced, and the progress of drugs in the mid to late stage development for depression is also traced.
