摘要
对标题化合物的合成机理、制备及其应用进行了详细综述。标题化合物是一种由可再生的生物质合成的重要的平台化合物,能够作为高分子材料合成的单体、药物制备的中间体、大环化合物合成的原料、生物燃料的中间体和燃料添加剂等,具有部分替代矿物资源的潜力。目前,5-羟甲基糠醛的合成还未实现工业化,迫切需要进行深入的研究。
This paper discusses the preparation,mechanism and applications of 5-hydroxylmethylfurfural(5-HMF).5-HMF is converted from biomass and is a renewable platform compound,which can be converted into various kinds of fine chemicals,such as monomers for polymers synthesis,intermediates of drugs,feedstock for synthesis of macrocyclic compound,intermediate of biofuel and fuel additive.Since the production of 5-HMF has not yet been realized in commercial scale,there is an urgent need for further research and development.
