简述了高速线材轧机技术发展的趋势及提高轧制速度的意义。介绍了南京钢铁集团有限公司高速线材轧机轧制速度由７５ｍ／ｓ提高到１００ｍ／ｓ的改造经验。分析总结了南钢提速改造的目的、内容、技术特点及其实际效果。
This paper simply introduces the tendency of technical development of high-speed wire mill and the significance of increasing rolling speed. It also introduces the reformation experience of the rolling speed increased from 75m/s to 100m/s in high speed wire mill. It describes the purpose, contents and technical characteristics of the speed-up transformation of high-speed wire mill in Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Company as well as the real results after the speed-up.
