2007年7月至2008年6月我院抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Antimicrobials Used in Our Hospital During Period July 2007 to June 2008

目的分析医院抗菌药物的使用情况。方法回顾性分析2007年7月至2008年6月住院患者使用的抗菌药物品种、金额。结果抗菌药物平均使用率为64.54%,病原学检查率为14.70%,凭经验用药居多。结论该院抗菌药物使用较合理,但仍有不足,需要各方人员共同参与,以达到合理使用抗菌药物的目的。

Objective To analyze the application status of antimicrobials used in our hospital. Methods To make a statistic analysis of the kinds, sum of money and history of the antimicrobials used in our hospital during the period July 2007 to June 2008. Results The average using rate of antimicrobials was high （64.54%）, the etiology inspection rate was low（14.70% ）. Most of treatment depended on experience. Conclusion The antimicrobials use is more rational. However, the measure directed against existing problems should be worked out .
