摘要
利用正交试验设计方法考察设计因素对气缸套变形的影响趋势和相互关系.选取凸缘锥角、预紧力和接触面上的摩擦系数作为考察因素,建立了气缸套和机体的组合有限元模型,基于正交试验设计方法设计了16组计算方案,计算出气缸套的位移和应力结果.根据计算结果分析了以上3个因素对气缸套预紧变形的影响,给出了各因素间精确的量化关系.结果表明:以降低气缸套最大拉、压应力为优化目标时,降低预紧力是最重要的优化目标,其次是适当增加缸套凸缘锥角,降低表面摩擦系数效果最不明显.
The influence of design factors on cylinder liner deformations and relationship among them are investigated. The wedge slope of liner flange, preload force and friction coefficient are chose as the investigation factors. Finite element model of the assembly consisting cylinder liner and block was set up. The displacement and stress results of the model are calculated through 16 computational schemes based on orthogonal test design theory. Influence of the above-mentioned factors on the deformation of cylinder liner and numerical relations are analyzed according to the calculation results. Calculation results showed that decreasing the preload force is the most important factor to decrease the maximum stress in cylinder liner, followed by increasing the wedge slope of the liner flange. Decreasing the friction coefficient has relatively less influence on the change of stress in cylinder liner.
