摘要
用等效电路分析几种恒流管扫描电路中电源利用系数、非线性系数和非稳系数、改进系数的关系,得到如下结论:恒流管的非稳系数就是其电流的相对变化量;恒流管扫描电路中非线性系数等于非稳系数;电源利用系数与非稳系数成正比;恒流管的改进系数α就是改进后的输出电阻对改进前的比例系数,在一定的条件下改进型的恒流管扫描电路的非线性系数比基本恒流管扫描电路的减小了α倍。证明了降低恒流管的非稳系数和增大恒流管的改进系数是提高恒流管扫描电路性能最根本和最有效的办法。最后给出了几种常用恒流管改进系数的关系式,优化了恒流管扫描电路的定量分析。
Several kinds of relationship among the constant efficient, non - stability coefficient and improved coefficient are scanning circuit's power utilization co-efficient, non- linear co-analyzed, by using equivalent circuit. The following conclusions can be carried out :; The non - stability coefficient of the constant is the relative change of its current. The non - linear coefficient of the constant scanning circuit equals to its non - stability coefficient. The power utilization coefficient and non - stability co - efficient are in direct proportion. The improved coefficient of constant is the improved output resistance to the pre - ratio coefficient. Under certain conditions,the non -linear coefficient of the improved constant scanning circuit is a times smaller than that of the basic constant scanning circuit. And it is proved that reducing the non - stability coefficient of the constant and increasing its improve coefficient is the most basic and effective method of improving the constant scanning circuit's cha racteristics. In the final of the paper, several commonly used relationship of constant's improved coefficient are given our the quantitative analysis of the constant scanning circuit is optimized.
