摘要 频率合成技术是目前研制信号源的关键技术,在此给出一种基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)芯片AD9850和超低功耗的MSP430F149单片机正弦波方波信号源设计方案。可输出频率范围为1 Hz^10 MHz的正弦波和方波,且具有频率设定、多档步进调整和幅度调节的功能。重点介绍DDS技术原理、单片机与AD9850的硬件接口电路、杂散和噪声信号的消除方法以及整个系统的软件设计。实验结果表明,该方案设计的信号源精度较高、频率范围较宽、结构简单、使用方便、输出信号频率稳定,无明显波形失真。 DDS technlogy is a kind of digital frequency synthesis technology that synthesizes the wave directly from the concept of phase,a design proposal of the sine and square waveform generator, based on the DDS chip AD9850 and the ultralow- power micro- controller MSP430F149 is introduced. It can provide Sine and square wave,the range of which is from 1 Hz-10 MHz. The frequency can he set by the keyboard, and it can generate a step frequency signal by different steps. The amplitude of the signal also can be adjusted. The basic principle of DDS, the hardware connection circuit of MSP430 and AD9850, the way to eliminate the mixed and noise signals and software design of the whole system are introduced. Through experiments testing, it can he seen that this kind of signal generator designed has high accuracy,wide frequency, simple structure, easy to use and high reliability. The output signal has stable frequency and has no obvious distortion.
