摘要
骨龄反映了人类机体的生物学年龄,实现骨龄评测的自动化,可使得骨龄评定简单、快捷、准确、可重复性强。在此,对骨龄自动评测系统中特征骨块——桡骨的定位、分割和边缘提取方法进行研究。在实验中,采用计算手形宽度法确定腕部分割线AB,并对腕部的长度进行统一切割;使用基于自适应阈值和最大面积变化法相结合的算法,分离尺、桡骨,对桡骨区域内的边缘图像,通过去除不合法面积区域定位到桡骨左右边缘点,并对骨骼的边缘进行边缘跟踪和拟合,提取了较完整的桡骨骨骼边缘线,为以后的桡骨特征提取和识别奠定了基础。
Bone age reflects the biological age of human. Realizing the automation of bone age evaluation, bone age assessment can be made easy, fast, accurate, reproducible strong. The positioning, segmentation and extraction methods of radius, which is one of the character skeletons in bone age automatic evaluation system are researched. In experiments, using the method of calculating the hand width to determine the line AB that divide the wrist and using union length to cut wrist;using the combination algorithm of adaptive threshold and the largest area change to segment radius and ulna. To the edge image in radius region, through removing the illegal area region to locate the left and right edge points of Radius, then track the skeleton edges and fit them. the more complete skeleton edge lines are extracted, this has laid the foundation to feature extraction and identification of radius.
