摘要 基于视觉技术的齿轮测试仪是一种新型的齿轮测量工具,目前该项目在我国的研究还处于初级阶段。首先介绍由CCD摄像头、图像采集卡和计算机组成的齿轮测试仪系统,并简要介绍系统各部分的功能。然后详细地从量块的选择、图像分辨率、齿轮模数大小等三个方面分析了影响齿轮参数测量精度的因素,并通过实验验证:分辨率和量块的选取对于测量精度的影响非常明显;模数的变化则对测量精度的变化不太明显,其主要影响相对误差的精度,对绝对误差精度影响不大。 Vision- based gear tester is a new type of gear measuring instruments,at present, the project in our research is still in its initial stage. The contact of measuring system of CCD gear parameters,the system composed by CCD camera,image collection card & computer are introduced. Based on the theory of components of measuring system of CCD gear parameters, the influenced factors of gear parameter accuracy are analyzed in the three aspects which are the choices of measuring clumps, image resolution and gear - modulus,which also pass the validation of experiments. Resolution and the selection of measuring clumps for the measurement precision are very obvious. Modulus changes in measurement accuracy on the less changes, the main impact of the relative error of accuracy, precision absolute error of little effect. Results of the experiment can give some reference to study all sorts of measuring manners of the gear parameters.
