摘要
超声促渗是指运用超声波对人体皮肤产生的空化作用、热效应、声微流作用、辐射压等,促进药物透过皮肤进入软组织的过程。低频超声透皮给药的研究正在成为热点,并开始进入临床,如麻醉给药。为了解决目前超声透皮仪智能化低、安全性差等缺陷设计了一种基于高性能单片机(C8051F340)的智能低频超声经皮给药系统,该系统具有频率、功率和工作方式可调,还有过压和过流保护电路。介绍它的设计原理、硬件结构、软件流程以及具体的实现过程。相关实验取得了很好的效果,表明该系统智能化高,安全性强,实用价值大。
Ultrasound- induced permeability is promoting use of ultrasound on the skin of the air, thermal effects, sound micro - flow, radiation pressure role in promoting access to drugs through the skin and soft tissue process. Application of low- frequency ultrasound - mediated transdermal drug delivery has become a hot research. In order to solve the current transdermal ultrasound instrument of low intelligence,poor security flaws,design a low- frequency ultrasonic transdermal delivery system based on the C8051F340 MCU. The system has a frequency, power adjustable work, over - voltage and over- current protection circuit. The principle of instrument design, the structure of hardware, processes and the specific software implementation process is presented. Practice shows that the system is a highly intelligent, strong safety and has high poractical value of the system and get a good test results.
