Design of New Type CMOS Image Sensor

为了提高CMOS图像传感器的图像质量,通过对图像主要的噪声源以及图像失真的分析,提出一种新型的CMOS有源像素图像传感器。该CMOS图像传感器使用4T有源像素,大大提高了图像传感器的灵敏度。通过在传感器中集成图像预处理功能,对改善图像的质量起到了很好的效果。

To improve the image quality of CMOS image sensor,a new type of CMOS image sensor is introduced through analyzing the main noise source and the image distortion of CMOS image sensor. 4T active pixel is used to increase the sensitivity of CMOS image sensor. Through the integrated on- chip image processing function, the image quality can be improved significantly.
