56例女性系统性红斑狼疮患者血清肿瘤标志物检测分析

Clinical study of detecting serum AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA19-9 in female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨女性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、肿瘤抗原CA125和CA19-9含量变化及临床意义。方法用微粒子酶免疫分析方法测定56例女性SLE患者血清中AFP、CEA、CA125和CA19-9水平,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果女性SLE患者血清AFP、CA125和CA19-9含量显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CEA水平与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义;SLE患者CA125阳性率显著升高。结论SLE患者某些血清肿瘤标志物含量较健康对照组增高,可能与器官受累有关。

Objective To investigate the levels of tumor markers AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA19-9 in serum of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and to explore their clinical value. Methods The tumor markers AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA19-9 in serum of the 56 female SLE patients were detected by means of MEIA, and compared with normal controls. Results The mean absolute serum levels of AFP,CA125 and CA19-9 was significantly higher in female SLE（P〈0.05）. There were significantly more SLE patients showing abnormally high levels of CA125. Conclusion The concentration of some tumor-associated antigens （TAAs） may be elevated in the serum of patients with SLE in comparison with healthy subjects. The production of some TAAs may correlate with organ involvement in SLE.
