泄浊除痹汤两种组方对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Two Compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi Decoction on Primary Gout Hyperuricemia

目的为开发治疗高尿酸血症的有效中药处方提供参考。方法采用非盲法随机对照试验,将77例原发性痛风高尿酸血症患者随机分为处方1、2两组。处方1组39例,服用泄浊除痹汤原处方12味中药水煎剂;处方2组38例,服用泄浊除痹汤新处方5味中药水煎剂。两组均每日l剂,分2次口服,疗程20d。观察泄浊除痹汤两种组方治疗高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。结果两组治疗10d、20d血尿酸较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),处方1组显效率、总有效率分别为64.10%、92.31%,处方2组为63.16%、89.40%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均未见不良反应。结论泄浊除痹汤治疗高尿酸血症效果明显,处方1及处方2的疗效基本相同,相对于处方1,处方2更经济。

Objective To supply reference for developing efficient traditional Chinese medicine recipe for hyperuricemia. Methods Seventy-seven patients with primary gout hyperuricemia were randomly divided into original prescription group and simple prescription group. 39 patients in original prescription group were treated by Xiezhuo Chubi decoction which included 12 kinds of herbal medicine; 38 patients in simple prescription group were treated by Xiezhuo Chubi decoction which included 5 kinds of herbal medicine. Both groups were treated for 20 days. Therapeutic effects were observed, Results The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in original prescription group arid simple prescription group were 64. 10%, 92.31% and 63. 16%, 89. 40% respectively. There was no difference between two groups （P〉0. 05）. Serum uric acid decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction can be utilized to treat hyperuricemia. Xiezhuo Chubi decoction including 5 kinds of herbal medicine is more economical.
