性激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果分析

Sex Hormone Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨性激素应用治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(dysfunctional uterine bleeding,DUB)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析80例因DUB住院的患者给予性激素治疗,其中48例采用妈富隆(A组),32例使用倍美力+安宫黄体酮(B组),比较两组患者的治疗效果、副反应及住院时间。结果A组的完全止血时间、控制出血时间、住院时间较B组均明显缩短(P<0.05),疗效优于B组(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆应用止血治疗效果优于雌孕激素序贯治疗,副反应少,可作为临床治疗的首选方法。

Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of sex hormone on the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB）. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed of 80 hospitalized patients due to DUB and receiving hormone treatment. 48 cases took Marvelon （group A）. 32 cases received Premarin ＋ medroxypro-gesterone therapy （group B）. Therapeutic effects, side effects and length of stay in hospital were compared between the two groups. Results Complete hemostasis time, controlled hemostasis time and hospitalization time of group A were significantly less than group B （P〈0. 05）. Therapeutic efficacy was better in group A （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Marvelon hemostatic treatment is superior to sequential estrogen and progesterone has fewer side effects, and can be used as the preferred method in clinic.
