高职学生就业问题分析:客户间均衡与价值链的视角

Solution of Employment of Higher Vocational Students:a Perspective of Customers' Balance and Value Chain

纾解高职学生就业困境是当前社会焦点问题之一。本文用责任主体与客户间均衡分析框架探讨这一问题,指出高职院校作为负责任的主体供方,通过调整内部关系、衔接前后端的价值链,能够有效降低学生的培养成本,并对直接客户(家长)与派生客户(用人单位)之间的均衡产生关键作用。

At present, helping higher vocational students go out of employment dilemma is one of the social focuses. This paper adopts the frame of responsibility subject and customers＇ balance to analyze this problem, pointing out that higher vocational schools, as the responsible subject, should adjust the internal relationshil＇s and connect value chain. Thus, it can reduce the cultivation cost of students and bring crucial influence on the balanced realization between direct customers （parents） and derivation customers （employing units）.
