摘要
本文以2020年上海各级教育发展规模预测为基础,采用生均经费指数预测等方法,对教育经费需求与供给能力、与教育事业发展实际需求相适应的教育投入目标进行研究,并提出实现这一目标所面临的问题与对策建议。
Based on the development scale of all levels of education in Shanghai in 2020 and the predication method of students＇ average budget expenditure index, the paper studies education funds requirement and supply capacity, and the objective of educational investment which meets the actual development demand of educational cause, and puts forwards some policy suggestions.
