天然物饲料添加剂对肉仔鸡血液生化指标和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究天然物饲料添加剂在日粮中替代抗生素对肉仔鸡血液生理生化指标的影响。方法:基础对照组饲喂普通日粮(Ⅰ组),抗生素对照组添加50mg/kg的杆菌肽锌(Ⅱ组),用小茴香、肉桂、干姜、甘草、山植、神曲、麦芽等天然物按比例制作成饲料添加剂,在试验组基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%(分别为Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组)。结果:天然物饲料添加剂降低了肉鸡血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白以及肝脂和腹脂的沉积,提高了血清高密度脂蛋白和屠宰率。结论:天然物添加剂不存在肝肾毒性,并改善肉鸡体内的脂肪代谢和蛋白质合成,改善胴体品质。该天然物添加剂组方在肉鸡饲料中的适宜添加量为1.5%。 Object:The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Chinese herb feed additives and antibiotic on the carcass characteristics, serum indexes in Avian broilers through feeding. Ways: 270 1-day-old Avian broilers were assigned randomly into 6 groups with 3 replicate set with 15 per replicate for a 42-day trail. Group Ⅰ fed basic diet without antibiotic, group Ⅱ was feed with antibiotic, group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ was fed with basic diets adding 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% Chinese herb feed additive respectively. Results:The results were showed as follows: The Chinese herb feed additive decreased the content of GPT, GOT, TC, TG3, LDL in broilers' serum, increased the contents of serum HDL, and had no significant difference with antibiotic. The Chinese herb feed additive also increased the slaughter percent and the percentage of eviscerated, no significant difference with antibiotic, the abdomen fat rate and the hepatic fat content was decreased significantly compare with antibiotic. Conclusions:The Chinese herb feed additive had no toxicity on broiler's liver and kidney, and can improve the metabolize of lipide and protein. The Chinese herb feed additive can be used as the succedaneum of antibiotic in broiler's feeding, the suitable level should be 1.5%.
