摘要
本文通过对磁控带极电渣堆焊过程中电压波形的分析和对带极端头形状的观察,探讨了浅熔深堆焊法的物理本质,经过焊剂、焊接规范、附加外磁场及电弧存在比例的变化对母材熔深及焊道质量影响的试验,指出了浅熔深堆焊法获得优质堆焊层的基本规律。
In this poper, by analysing voltage wave forms and the forms of strip electrode tips, an investigtion into the physical process of electro-slag overlap welding with shallow penetration is presented. The influence of fl-uxs, welding parameters and optimum ratio of Arc to magnetic field on depth and the quality of welding bead is algo investigated experimentally. The way to get a satisfactory cladding is indicated in this paper.
