摘要
以Virtual.Lab Motion为建模平台,综合考虑齿轮系统振动的非线性,建立了包含柔性轴和柔性箱体的齿轮系统刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型。通过仿真获得了关键部位的载荷谱,为齿轮系统的剩余寿命预测提供了理论依据。通过与实验中测得的箱体节点振动加速度信号相对比,验证了借助虚拟样机进行齿轮系统故障诊断和预测的可行性,为该方面研究提供了新思路。
The rigid-flexible coupled prototype of gear system which containing flexible shaft and flexible box is established by Virtual.Lab Motion,and the non-linear factors are considered.The loads of main parts are calculated by simulating,and it provides theory for predicting the gear system residual life.By contrasting with the node's acceleration signals of the test,the possibility of doing faults diagnosis and forecast for gear system with virtual prototype is validated,and so these provides new ways for this field.
