摘要
建立了平行分度凸轮机构参数化设计的数学模型,利用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发,实现了平行分度凸轮机构的参数化设计。该系统在选定平行分度凸轮机构的某些条件后,能够实现其轮廓坐标、压力角、刀具中心坐标的计算、曲率半径的校核;并可以实现平行分度凸轮机构工程图的自动输出,进行尺寸参数及技术条件的标注,极大地提高了平行分度凸轮机构的设计效率。为平行分度凸轮机构的数字化设计、加工提供了理论依据。所设计的系统界面友好、方便直观、既可用于工程实际,又可满足教学需要。
The parametric design model of parallel indexing cam mechanism is established.The parametric design is realized by second developing technology for Solidworks in VB.The outline coordinates,pressure angle and tool center coordinate of the cam can be calculated in term of selecting motion conditions.The curvature radius of the cam can be checked.This system can give out engineering drawing automatically,label dimension and technology terms,which improves the design efficiency evidently and gives a theoretical base of digital design and manufacture for the mechanism.The system's program interface is friendly and convenient,so can be used for the engineering design and teaching.
