摘要
风力发电齿轮箱体是风力发电机中的大型复杂零件,箱体的强度如何,直接影响到箱体内的齿轮传动能否正常进行。针对国内首个2.5MW风力发电机组,建立了其齿轮箱体的三维模型,在实体单元力学理论的基础上,以ANSYS为分析平台,利用合适的约束和加载方法对箱体进行了分析,并对箱体强度性能进行了合理的评估。通过分析,检验了设计的可行性,找到了设计的薄弱环节,提出了相应的设计关键点和改进措施。分析结果已应用于工程实际中。
Wind turbine gearbox is a large complex parts of wind turbine,the normal work of gears in gearbox can be affected by the intensity of gearbox directly.For the first domestic 2.5MW wind turbine,its three-dimensional model is finished.On the basis of mechanics theory of solid unit,ANSYS is the analysis platform,using appropriate restraint and loading to analysis the gearbox,also,the gearbox's performance of intensity is assessed reasonably.By analyzing,test the feasibility of the design,find the weak link of design,and bring forward the key to the design of gearbox,also some improved measures.The results have been applied to engineering practice.
