摘要
为了改变目前机械传动实验功能单一、开放程度不够、不能充分调动学生的积极性等方面的现状,顺应虚拟仪器技术发展的趋势,将虚拟仪器技术应用于机械传动教学实验中,设计了基于Lab-VIEW的机械传动综合实验系统,详细地分析与阐述了实验台的组成、功能以及其测试原理,开发上位机软件功能模块。通过教学实践证明,所研究的实验系统结构简单、组装灵活、维护方便,实现了实验系统的开放性,较好的适应了现代高等教育的需要。
In order to change the current situation of mechanical transmission experiment,such as fixed function,low openness and insufficient mobilization to student enthusiasm,and to meet the development trend of virtual instrument(VI) technology,a mechanical transmission synthesized system based on LabVIEW is designed by introducing VI technology into mechanical transmission teaching experiment.It is proved that the designed experiment system has merits of simple structure,flexible assembly and maintenance-friendly,and can meet the need of modern higher education better.
