摘要
介绍了螺旋锥齿轮滚动检验的基本情况,从齿面啮合关系入手,推导了滚动检验的数字化运动模型,并在机械式滚动检验机上进行了有效的实例验证,对滚检机的开放式数控化改造具有重要的参考价值。
Base situation of rolling test of bevel gears are introduced,numeric motion model of rolling inspection are deduced through meshing relation of tooth surface,experiment on mechanical rolling tester are proved effectively.The result is important reference for opening numerical control transformation of machine tool.
