摘要
采用模糊PID控制策略,在对l/4车辆模型性能仿真的基础上,设计了以DSPIC30F6010为主控制器件的电动静液压EHA(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator)主动悬架模糊PID控制系统,研制了EHA车辆主动悬架样机及试验台架。建立了EHA作动力与PWM占空比之间的非线性关系曲线。台架试验结果表明,所设计的模糊PID控制器能较好实现系统控制,控制方法有效,可以显著减小车辆振动及干扰,提高了车辆的平顺和稳定性。
A active suspension system with EHA(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator) is developed to improve the ride comfort performance using a fuzzy PID control scheme,which makes the control system more intelligent.The performance of the controller can be improved by the combination of fuzzy control and PID control.The fuzzy PID EHA active suspension with the core of the DSPIC30F6010 is designed on the base of a simulation of the l/4 vehicle model.Physical prototype of EHA active suspension and test system are developed.The relationship curve between EHA control force and PWM duty ratio is established.The fuzzy PID control test results show that the EHA active suspension system has a good performance under the input of certain signals and thecontrol1er can improve the vehicle ride comfort characteristics by reducing vibration and interference.
