摘要
介绍了一种零齿差内齿轮副设计与加工的基本思想及相关步骤。在结合具体加工工艺确定变位系数的基础上,利用相关软件绘图检验;然后采用插齿或线切割完成齿廓加工。整套方法已成功运用于科研生产实践。
The principal and steps are presented about the design and machining of zero-tooth-difference internal gear pairs.First of all,the modification coefficients are determined with a view to the machining process,and then the verification is carried out with relative drawing software.The gear shaping or WEDM process can be applied to accomplish the working surfaces formation.The whole design and machining procedures are used in practice successfully.
