Development of Programmable Control System for 50spots Specialized Welding Machine for Steel Wires Mesh-frame Compoumd Plate

为了提高钢丝网架复合板材焊接生产效率和质量，研制了一套五十点专用焊机的可编程控制系统。本文介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计，并简述了焊机的结构和生产工艺。

In order to raise the productivity and heighten the guality in welding the steel wires meshframe compound plates, the PC system for the 50 spots specialized welding machine has been researched.The designs of hardware and software of the system are introduced in this paper, also the component parts and the production technology of the welding machine is described simply.
