摘要
介绍了大直径筒体马鞍形接缝的自动焊机的结构、组成和工作原理,以及设计的主要特点。推导出了该系统用来控制焊枪运动轨迹的关键部件──凸轮的形状与尺寸的计算公式。该系统已成功地应用于锅炉筒体的自动焊接生产中,生产实践证明:该焊机在马鞍形曲线的焊接应用中取得了良好的效果,是一种低成本自动化马鞍形接缝的专用焊接设备。
An automatic arc welding machine for saddle joint seam of big-diameter cylinders was designd and its structure, components, charicteristic and working principle are discribed in this paper. It deduces the equations for calculating the grometry and dimensions of the cams which are the key parts to control the moving locus of arc welding torchs. The welding machine has ben successfully applied to the automatic welding production of boiler cylinders. The production practice has shown that this automatic welding machine is suitable for the saddle joint seam and ed results have been achieved. It is a new type of low cost automatic welding equipment.
