On the Establishment of Modern Higher Education Evaluation As a New Discipline

教育评估不断发展,日益显现出成为一门综合学科的特征。应顺时设立现代高等教育评估学学科,以与社会与人类的科学发展相匹配。现代高等教育评估学需要从学科宗旨、课程设计、教学过程等方面进行构思,并需要基于科学研究进行建构,以提升我国的教育评估水平与质量。

Education evaluation, with its continuous development, tends to exhibit more and more characteristics of a comprehensive discipline. Accordingly, modern evaluation should be established as a new discipline to keep pace with the scientific development of human society. To improve education evaluation in China, we should conceive the establishment of the new discipline from the following perspectives： purpose of the discipline, curriculum project, and teaching process while establishing it on the basis of scientific research.
