摘要
学术"近亲繁殖"一直是我国部分高水平大学中普遍存在的问题。它在微观层面上很可能表现为不同学缘学者间的学术产出差异;在中观和宏观层面,则体现为大学学术聘任制度以及国家学术体制运行的某种特殊主义取向。本文通过个案研究,否定了有些人的"近亲繁殖"优势论;与此同时,也对"近亲繁殖"对学术机构的长期效应、对国家学术体制的整体效应略加分析和探讨,并认为它是关联中国学术环境改善的一个关键性议题。
Academic inbreeding has long been prevalent in some famous Chinese universities. At micro level, it is embodied by the difference of academic productivity among scholars from different academic affiliations; At intermediate and macro levels, it is embodied by the particularism tendency in university appointment system and national academic system. This thesis refutes the argument on inbreeding's advantage with case studies, and analyzes the long-term effect of academic inbreeding on academic institutions as well as its holistic effect on national academic system. In conclusion, the author argues that academic inbreeding is a critical issue relevant to the improvement of academic environment in China.
