摘要
价值工程法已广泛应用于各行各业,是一种科学研究的基本方法。本文用价值工程法对环境工程的工艺方法论进行了研究,并且揭示了其丰富的哲学内涵。
The analysis method of Value Engineering is very popular in many industries. It is a fundamental means for scientific study. In this paper the technological process of environmental project is studied using the analysis method of Value Engineering. Its philosophical meaning is pointed out.
